These terms apply to ‘products’ ordered by internet from Shoben Fashion Media web site. Internet offers relate to internet transactions. Temporary or local special offers do not apply to internet prices.

2. Order Acknowledgement
Your order will be acknowledged on our web site on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. Occasionally we may be unable to deliver if stock runs out or is withdrawn or circumstances arise beyond our control but if there is a problem, we will let you know as soon as we can. If this happens, you will be given an immediate refund of any payment made. This will discharge any liability for failure to deliver the goods in question.

3. Payment Information
Payments are processed through our PayPal account. Once we have your order we will calculate the total with shipping and request payment via PayPal to admin@shobenfashionmedia.com. Once payment is received your goods will be shipped immediately.

4. Security
The data provided by our customers is processed via a secure server. We do not require any personal information that is not necessary to complete your purchase. For this reason we only store name, address and contact details.

5. Delivery
(a) We aim to deliver goods approximately 4-5 days after receiving your order. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay.
(b) A signature may be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.

Faulty goods will be replaced if returned unused within seven days of receipt.

6. Postage & Packaging
The following postage and packaging charges apply:
Postage and packaging is calculated per product ordered at checkout when the shipping location is entered.

7. General
(a) All measurements are approximate.
(b) The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow.
(c) All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our web site shall be construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.

8. Distance Selling Regulations (DSR)
The Buyer has the right to cancel and return the goods within 7 days (the “cooling-off” period). The cost of returning the goods are to be paid by the customer
